Impressed with our past work, TEL Kitchens approached us again for their latest project of Botanical Lofts in Stephney Green with IP Developers.
TEL Kitchens needed:
• Captivating 3D CGI for 37 Kitchens that would establish their supremacy in delivering kitchen masterpieces and can use in their marketing as well.
• 3D renders should be a fusion of modern aesthetics and ergonomic design, accentuating each kitchen's functionality.
• Inculcate different and contemporary kitchen layouts depending on the requirements such as L, U, and straight-wall kitchen.
Our challenge lay in encapsulating this essence while ensuring harmonious integration with the area’s lush surroundings, varying lighting conditions, the brand’s image and blending the Kitchen with the interiors as well.
Balancing practicality, elegance, and natural cohesion posed a creative ambience that our team skilfully unravelled for all the three styles of kitchen.

The client (TEL Kitchens) provided an extensive brief for the kitchen CGI at Botanical Lofts, equipping us with essential components. This included:
• A preliminary sketch of the kitchen design with accurate measurements.
• Reference images showcasing the desired kitchen style, shared by the client of TEL Kitchens.
• Some on-site photographs capturing the actual kitchen space that would aid in accurate photo matching.
• Inputs on materials, cost, accessories, and other vital project requirements.
Our 3D artists brainstormed on the inputs given by the client and started working on the CGI to achieve the 2D design plans adding their visual brilliance to it.
Using their experience, expertise, and creative minds, the 2D plans (for all kitchens) were ready before time and after minor revisions, it was the time to call for the beautiful 3D renders.

The 3D renderings were created using state-of-the-art software and techniques by our 3D professionals using various colour pallets.
The CGI was highly realistic, and the client was able to completely visualize the kitchens in the way they wanted.
They suggested some more variations with the colours which was obvious, and our team was already prepared with that.
The key things that we worked on additionally:
- Ergonomic design
- Proper Ventilation
- Ensuring natural lighting to the maximum
- Utilizing every single inch to the best
- Accessories and materials as requested plus within budget.
They approved the renders right away without any more comments as they were now confident that this CGI will help them in not only constructing masterpiece kitchen but also sell their client’s homes like hot cakes.
