Our client was very clear and specific with their requirements.
They wanted to develop unique, exclusive, and modern modular kitchens that are practical, functional, and deliver a timeless appeal in a limited space. For that, they required:

➤ Stunning and Immersive CGI for kitchens that stand out in the urban locality of Grange Road.
➤ Modular and contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances.
➤ Ensuring kitchen ergonomics, proper ventilation, and natural lighting.
➤ Handless kitchen with matt and sheen elements incorporated subtly.
➤ Use the renders in the marketing and promotional campaigns.

The challenge we faced was the space. We need to work on a limited space, craft a best-suited layout and ensure that the kitchen stays within the set budget by the client (in terms of accessories, space utilization and functionality).
The picture was clear, and we were all set to start with the 2D layouts.

The client provided us with precise measurements of the space, sketches, and some reference photos of kitchens they wanted their kitchen to look like.
We held multiple rounds of discussions with the stakeholders and performed space analysis to finalize the best possible kitchen layout.
Open-plan L-shaped and straight layouts came out to be the ideal fit as they allowed flexibility, ease of reach and were completely ergonomic.
2D elevation designs were drafted that cleared out any concerns regarding space utilization. 2D elevations paved the way for the final imagery, i.e., 3D renders of the kitchen.

After receiving the Go ahead signal for 3D renders, our artists started the space modeling using 3ds Max. Initially, we modelled the kitchen in grayscale (no colours) and sent it to TEL Kitchens for review.
And TEL Kitchens gave a positive nod to the design. Then our artists worked on the lighting, materials, textures, accessories, appliances, colours, worktop, finishes and every single element that was required.

Specifications of the kitchens:

➤ Modular kitchen design having integrated appliances such as oven, extractor hood, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, and washer/dryer.
➤ Kitchen worktop with marble effect
➤ Handle-less kitchen cabinets combining matte and sheen elements.
➤ Feature lighting, pull-out recycling and waste bin.
➤ White matt kitchens featuring magic corners, vegetable drawers and cutlery drawers.

The client requested Renderspoint to make a few tweaks, such as in decoration, some flower pots and renders in different directions that included the dining area as well.
We finally submitted the renders, and Bingo! Our CGI for kitchens was approved, and we got a ❤️from the client.

The client was completely in love with the kitchen renders design.
The story didn't end here. The renders became a part of the promotional campaign as well as secured a place in the brochure.

228 Grange Road project was a grand success. The renders were also used on the client's website and social media pages, helping to generate interest in the project and attract new customers.
